Alicia Keys was spotted on Wednesday night (June 15, 2011) at the 2011 Keep A Child Alive Black Ball which took place in London. The event raises money to provide treatment to families in Africa with HIV/AIDS. The audience was serenaded by host Alicia Keys, currently in London for a week to play a series of exclusive gigs and the cream of British music talent. Alicia attended the event in a breath-taking sophisticated black Givenchy Haute Couture gown, custom made by Riccardo Tisci, with a feathered skirt and bustier top. Added to the dress was a gold metal belt which gives the outfit a fierce edge. Alicia accessorized with black Givenchy heels, a black satin clutch and exquisite Chaumet jewellery.
